To ensure a speedy verification, please make sure to enter your first and last name on the form as it appears on your first responder document. If your last name has changed since your first responder document was issued, please upload a government-issued document along with your first responder document that shows your current last name.
How long does it take to get verified?
If not instantly verified, you will be contacted via email in less than 20 minutes with your eligibility status.
What happens when I verify my status?
